Condition grades
Every listing carries one of four grades. Sellers grade their own gear, and a listing that arrives below its grade qualifies for a full return.
Like new. No visible wear, optics spotless, fully working.
- No marks on body or glass
- Shutter, meter and every control work perfectly
- Often boxed or barely used
Light signs of use. Clean optics, everything works as it should.
- Light wear from careful use
- Clean optics, maybe a faint cleaning mark
- Everything functions to spec
Honest wear or minor quirks, described in the listing. Fully usable.
- Visible wear, brassing or a small dent
- Any quirk is written into the listing
- Takes great photos
Has a described fault. Sold as-is for repair or parts.
- A specific fault, described in full
- Sold as-is, not eligible for not-as-described returns
